As managing broker of Levine & Co., Meredith Levine works with a team of highly-credentialed real estate professionals on behalf of residential buyers and sellers. She manages each transaction with attention to detail, a commitment to client communication, and a focus on facilitating a timely and successful close.
Meredith’s expertise in the greater Houston residential real estate market was built on the wide knowledge base gained during her first career as a commercial litigator with a nationally recognized law firm. Her relevant legal experience included the successful negotiation of large, multi-party construction defect cases, contract disputes, consumer class actions, oilfield technology disputes, and intellectual property matters. Meredith has been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 2002 and a Texas Realtor since January 2011.
Meredith earned her B.A. in French at Yale University in 1999 and her J.D. at the University of Texas at Austin in 2002. She speaks fluent French and conversational Spanish. An active volunteer, she served from 2008 to 2014 on the Board of Directors of the Houston Volunteer Lawyers (the pro bono arm of the Houston Bar Association), as a member of the Board of Trustees at Ascension Episcopal School in Briargrove Park, and as a community representative on the Principal’s Shared Decision-Making Committee at Harvard Elementary School in the Heights. She currently serves as a Ministry Coach for Area 12 (Southern Texas) with MOPS International, is a member of the Rotary Club of Friendswood, and enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
